Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed by me and dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

During busy periods, launches, or when I’m preparing work around family life, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, I’ll always keep you updated.

UK Shipping

Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 working days from dispatch
Tracked Shipping (if selected): estimated 1–3 working days from dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

International Shipping

I’m happy to ship internationally 🌍

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International (standard or tracked where available).

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 working days
Rest of the world: 7–21 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Packaging

Your order will be packaged carefully to ensure it arrives safely. I aim to use packaging that is sturdy while keeping waste to a minimum wherever possible.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside my control. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Royal Mail considers items lost after:

10 working days (UK)
20 working days (International)

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I can’t be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to amend it before dispatch.
